The site sits in just over 4 acres consisting of workshops and units in one of Birmingham’s most up and coming localities. We are currently upgrading the existing facilities with high quality infrastructure and letting all units. A feasibility study is also being conducted to evaluate the opportunity to re-develop the site into purely residential or mixed use.
