The site is a greenfield site situated in St Clears. Carmarthenshire, West Wales, on the junction of a main highway in West Wales.
West Wales is considered an area of outstanding beauty and is the only coastal national park in the UK.
The coastline is a major draw to tourists, in 2011 National Geographic Traveller magazine voted the Pembrokeshire Coast the second best in the world.
Currently in for planning for the construction of 122 houses across 12 acres.
