Prime City Centre site which previously comprised a purpose built office block and adjoining 83 bed hotel building. Draycott have received full planning permission and have demolished the office block to make way for the construction of a 340 apartment, Build to Rent (BTR) development which is currently under construction.
The construction of the 30 storey tower will make it one of Wales’ tallest buildings.
